2. Platform Role and Nature of Service
FundVax operates strictly as a technology and service platform. We provide digital tools and infrastructure that enable users to create, manage, and promote fundraising campaigns.
FundVax:
Is not a charity, non-profit organization, financial institution, or trustee
Does not guarantee the success of any campaign
Does not control or manage how funds are used by campaign creators
Does not provide investment, financial, or legal advice
All campaigns are created and managed independently by campaign creators, who bear full responsibility for their content, conduct, and use of funds.
3. Eligibility
To use FundVax, you must:
Be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
Use the platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our discretion.
4. Account Registration and Security
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities conducted through your account
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. FundVax is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.
5. Campaign Creation and Responsibilities
Campaign creators may create campaigns only for lawful and legitimate purposes.
By creating a campaign, you agree that:
All information provided is truthful, accurate, and not misleading
You have the legal right to raise funds for the stated purpose
You are solely responsible for fulfilling any commitments, rewards, or representations made to supporters
You will use funds in accordance with the campaign description and applicable laws
FundVax reserves the right to review, suspend, remove, or cancel any campaign at any time, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or policy violations.
6. Fees, Platform Charges, and Optional Tips
Platform Fees (Campaign Creators)
Intervt Ltd generates revenue by charging platform and service fees to campaign creators. These fees compensate FundVax for providing:
Technical infrastructure
Campaign management tools
Platform hosting and support services
All applicable fees are clearly disclosed before a campaign is launched.
Optional Tips (Supporters)
Supporters may be given the option to leave a voluntary tip to support the ongoing operation and development of the FundVax platform.
Tips are entirely optional
Tips are not required to support any campaign
Tips do not affect campaign outcomes or funding goals
7. Contributions, Payments, and Payouts
Supporters may contribute to campaigns through third-party payment providers.
By contributing, supporters acknowledge that:
Contributions are made directly to campaign creators
FundVax is not responsible for campaign outcomes or fund usage
Contributions may be non-refundable, except where required by law or payment provider policies
Payouts to campaign creators may be delayed, withheld, or reversed if required for:
Fraud prevention
Chargebacks or disputes
Legal or regulatory compliance
8. Identity Verification (KYC)
To protect platform integrity and comply with legal and payment provider requirements, identity verification is required only for campaign creators.
Verification may include submitting government-issued identification and related information.
Supporters are not required to provide identity documents.
All verification data is handled securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Use FundVax for illegal, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes
Misrepresent campaign details or impersonate others
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and design elements on FundVax are owned by or licensed to Intervt Ltd.
By uploading content, you grant FundVax a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such content solely for operating the platform.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of FundVax is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
By using the Service, you consent to data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable.
12. Disclaimers
No Guarantee: FundVax does not guarantee campaign success, funding levels, or outcomes.
As-Is Service: The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intervt Ltd and FundVax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intervt Ltd and FundVax from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
Your use of the Service
Your campaigns or content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable laws
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to the platform.
Sections relating to liability, indemnification, and intellectual property shall survive termination.
