FundVax is operated by INTERVT LTD and functions as a technology-based crowdfunding platform that connects campaign creators with supporters. FundVax is not a charity, does not represent nonprofit organizations, and does not solicit or manage donations on behalf of any third party.
1. Platform Role and Responsibility
FundVax provides technical infrastructure, online tools, and payment facilitation services that allow users to create and support crowdfunding campaigns.
Campaign creators are solely responsible for the content, purpose, and fulfillment of their campaigns.
Supporters contribute funds directly to campaigns based on the information provided by campaign creators.
FundVax does not guarantee the success, outcome, or completion of any campaign.
2. General Refund Policy
2.1 Contributions Are Generally Non-Refundable
All contributions made on FundVax are final and non-refundable, except in limited circumstances outlined in this policy or where required by applicable law.
Once a contribution is successfully processed, funds are allocated to the selected campaign and may begin settlement procedures immediately.
3. Situations Where Refunds May Be Considered
Refunds may be reviewed and issued only in the following circumstances:
3.1 Technical Errors
Duplicate charges
Incorrect transaction amounts caused by system errors
Failed or incomplete transactions where funds were still debited
3.2 Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions
Transactions made without the authorization of the account holder
Verified cases of payment fraud or misuse
3.3 Campaign Cancellation or Removal
If a campaign is removed by FundVax due to violation of platform rules before funds are withdrawn
If a campaign is canceled prior to payout processing
3.4 Legal or Regulatory Requirements
When refunds are required by law, court order, or regulatory authority
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
Change of mind by the supporter
Dissatisfaction with campaign results or outcomes
Failure of a campaign to reach its funding goal
Disputes between supporters and campaign creators regarding promises or rewards
Delays in project execution or delivery
Personal or financial hardship after contribution
5. Platform Fees and Processing Fees
Platform fees charged to campaign creators are non-refundable.
Payment processing fees charged by third-party payment providers (such as 2Checkout, PayPal, or banks) are non-refundable and may be deducted from any approved refund.
Any approved refund will reflect the net amount received after applicable processing fees.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Supporters are encouraged to contact FundVax Support before initiating a chargeback.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension or restriction.
Excessive chargebacks can lead to permanent account termination.
FundVax reserves the right to dispute chargebacks when appropriate documentation is available.
7. Refund Request Process
To request a refund (where applicable), supporters must:
Contact FundVax Support at
Provide transaction details (date, amount, campaign name, and payment method)
Explain the reason for the request
Submit the request within 14 days of the transaction date
Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
8. Review and Decision Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The review process may take 5–10 business days.
Additional documentation may be requested to verify claims.
Approval or denial decisions are final.
9. Refund Method and Processing Time
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
Processing times vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
FundVax is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.
10. Campaign Creator Responsibility
Campaign creators are responsible for:
Clearly explaining campaign goals and expectations
Communicating honestly with supporters
Managing funds responsibly and legally
FundVax does not mediate disputes related to campaign delivery, rewards, or outcomes.
11. Account Suspension and Abuse Prevention
FundVax reserves the right to:
Suspend accounts associated with abusive refund requests
Restrict access to platform features
Take appropriate action to prevent fraud or misuse

Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance
